Who We Are
Thank you for your interest in Smilewire!
We are a privately owned orthodontic lab in Santa Clara county, California. We manufacture custom appliances for orthodontists and dentists all throughout the Bay Area. We work with our customers directly, and strive to create lasting business relationships. We always appreciate feedback to help us better our techniques and fix potential mistakes. Our goal is to make both the doctor and patient equally happy!
What We Do
We manufacture both fixed and active appliances, as well as dental and non-orthodontic products:
- Classic acrylic retainers (ex. Hawley retainer)
- Expanders and distalizers
- Banded metal appliances
- Splints
- Space maintainers

Lab Hours
Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
Lunch: 12pm - 1pm
Holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Weekend
- Winter Break (2 weeks)
